Before you choose.
How does the pillow adjust?
Inside the shell are two removable layers, one soft and one medium. Keep both in for extra firm, remove the soft layer for firm, keep only the soft layer for medium, or remove both for soft.
What level does it arrive at?
Every Quattro Sognia ships at extra firm, its fullest configuration. Side sleepers can start there. Back and stomach sleepers can remove layers on the first night, then try the next level if it isn't quite right.
What if it doesn't feel right at first?
Adjust the layers until you find your ideal combination of comfort, loft and support. With four levels in one pillow, you can try the next one the following night and change it again whenever your sleep changes.
How much is shipping, and how long does it take?
Each pillow is made to order and ships in 1 to 2 business days. Standard delivery takes 4 to 9 business days, and expedited delivery takes 1 to 3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's size, weight and destination.
How do I care for it?
Use a pillow protector and pillowcase, fluff it weekly and air it outdoors now and then, away from direct sunlight and humidity. Spot clean when needed.
Which fill should I choose?
White down is the softest and lightest. Feather & down is the classic hotel feel. Diamond Fibre suits down-free homes. Kapok is a plant-based, breathable option. All four adjust the same way.
Which size do I need?
Standard (20×26 in) suits single and double beds, Queen (20×30 in) suits queen beds, and King (20×36 in) fills the width of a king bed.
